Seven Principles of FOTUSA
1- Fair and Honest Prices
All prices given to customers are the true prices with no hidden charges. All charges such as freight is known to customers when they buy.
2- True Advertisement
Everything advertised for customers is true and nothing is changed without the customer knowing about the change.
3- True Location Of Office or Headquarters
The location of the real office, manufacturing plant or central services is given to all who ask. Agents and Representatives can give their own countries or the addresses of their own office. OEM clients give the location of their own offices but are exempt from revealing addresses of their sources. This protects them form their competition finding out corporate information.
4- Proper Pay and Treatment For Laborers
All who labor for the company receive a fair pay and proper treatment for their work. No slave labor or child labor.
5- Legal Trade Only
Everything involved with the business is honest and legal. All requirements dealing with all countries and individuals are performed legally.
6- Support Worldwide Free Trade
Support and encouragement of all free trade by all businesses worldwide who follow the above guidelines.
Every company certified by FOTUSA must agree to the above seven principles. Each company or individual accepted as FOTUSA CERTIFIED will be allowed to apply the approved LOGO to their products, services, stationary, letterhead and other forms. All companies and individuals who are certified will be added to the FOTUSA CERTIFIED LIST. Annual fees of $75 USD will ensure the FOTUSA approved company or individual�s certification remains active.
